Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will arrange for the return of the defective item and provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, upon verification of the defect. Important Notes Time Frame: All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt. Return Address: Use the address provided in the return authorization instructions.
